In 1943, Isaac M. Nilsen bought his first truck. A Chevrolet with wind tipping. Nilsen was the only employee in the company, and he drove the car which was affiliated to the Central Transport in Skien.
Much has happened since then. Kranringen has grown big with five branches in southern and western Norway, and has a solid relationship with the Mammoet Group in the Netherlands.
Kranringen prides itself in providinging the most specialized and modern equipment for its customers. This, in addition to experienced and skilled employees, gives Kranringen a huge competitive advantage in the market.
For us, no contract is too small, nor any too large.
We service the private market, the industry and the public. Kranringen has cranes that take lift up to 2000 tons and transport equipment that takes up to 12,000 tonnes on wheels. All contracts are tailored to the customers needs and the size of the task.
